The EU report of June 2010 estimated as 98.9 per cent the bathing water of the sea at Bulgaria complied with the legal values and rates in 2009.
This is an increase of 5.6 per cent compared to previous 2008.
No bathing water at the coast of the Black Sea side of Bulgaria had to be closed during this season, the same as in 2009.
