This is a traditional Bulgarian salad made from tomatoes and cucumbers spread with typical Bulgarian cheese.

Shopska salad is a traditional salad of Bulgarian cuisine with unique taste. It is prepared from tomatoes, cucumbers, baked peppers and white Bulgarian Cheese. The little secret which makes this salad the most popular and preferred not only among Bulgarians, but by foreigners as well, is in Bulgarian fresh vegetables with their unique aroma.
