Wonderful Bridges (Chudnite mostove) are rocky phenomena situated in the Western parts of Rhodope Mountain. They were formed as a result of erosion actions of a high-water river in the past. The Bridges are two. The Bigger one is at about 15m wide in its widest parts and almost 100m long. It consists of three arches and is a real miracle of nature. The Smaller one is near to the Bigger. It is about 60m long with 50m total high. It has one arch.
The area around Wonderful Bridges is worth-seeing too. There are many age-old coniferous trees. They add the unique view of Wonderful Bridges’ region.
